The Pursuit of His Heart began as a blog on instagram in 2019, a few months after ending a relationship that I knew God was calling me out of. Up to that point, I had been in a cycle of unhealthy relationships, situationships and had my heart broken badly in the process.

Although I claimed to be a Christian, I was deceived and compromised on many levels. I had a lot of ideas about love and what it should look like that were sourced in the world’s kingdom, rather than God’s. I allowed fantasies to blind me to truth.

God used several scary situations to bring me to the point where I could honestly surrender everything to Him. I had tried so hard to make love work and hang onto these relationships, yet I was losing the person God created me to be. I hardly knew who that person even was because I was so used to trying to be whatever a man wanted.

But the truth set me free. And as I began to truly seek God, He began to teach me His way, heal my heart and rebuild the walls of my brokenness.

He has given me a grace to to write books and resources to help single women pursue all the purpose God has for them in the waiting.

I pray this ministry is a tool God uses to stir your heart closer to His and to walk by faith as you wait upon Him.
