Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with The Pursuit of His Heart Collective. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Digital Products (Devotionals, eBooks, Courses, Printables)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads or online resources once your purchase is complete. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please reach out — we’re happy to help troubleshoot.

Physical Products
Returns: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at christinam.marlowe@thepursuitofhisheartcollective.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund. Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
